GCOM Promo Draw 26

We want to reward those who trust in GCOM 2026 earlier.

All those who complete their PACK registration before July 1, 2026 will automatically participate in a promotional draw for accommodation in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The giveaway includes:

  • Two nights’ accommodation for two people (December 26th and 27th, 2026)

  • Hotel Madrid, located in the historic center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (next to the Vegueta district)

 

All PACK registrations made until June 30, 2026 are eligible.

The draw will be announced through the official website and newsletter of Orientación Canarias.

 

Terms and Conditions of the “Register Early and Win Your GCOM Accommodation” Promotion

1. Organizer

This promotion is organized by the GCOM organization.

2. Purpose of the Promotion

The purpose of this promotion is to encourage early registrations for GCOM 2026 through a promotional accommodation giveaway.

3. Participation

The following participants will automatically enter the draw:

  • all participants who complete a valid and fully paid PACK registration within the established deadlines.

The following registrations will not be eligible:

  • incomplete registrations,

  • cancelled registrations,

  • registrations pending payment,

  • or registration types other than the PACK option.

4. Prize

One draw will be held consisting of 2 nights (26 and 27 December 2026) of accommodation for 2 people at Hotel Madrid (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria)

The prize:

  • is personal and non-transferable,

  • cannot be exchanged for cash,

  • and will be subject to the conditions of the establishment.

5. Schedule

All PACK registrations completed by 30 June 2026 will participate in the draw.

The result will be announced on 2 July 2026.

6. Prize Confirmation

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the official notification.

Otherwise:

  • the prize will be considered declined,

  • and the organization may assign it to another participant.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation of the event registration will automatically imply the loss of any associated prize or promotional benefit.

In the event of cancellation after the accommodation has been confirmed, the organization may cancel the booking or charge any related costs incurred.

8. Draw Method

The draw will be conducted randomly among all valid registrations using a computerized random selection system.

The decision of the organization will be final.

9. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
